PES 2013 Help

• The game detects the wrong GPU vram – I have a capable PC, but PES 2013 thinks I'm using an underpowered GPU tried the nvdia contrpol panel method- now it detects gpu as nvidia but vram shows only 128mb, so it limits me to medium graphics settings. Any fix for this?
• I want a patch that gives full team licenses (real kits, names, logos, etc.) but keeps the original menu and UI—no fancy overhauls or custom intros/loading screens.
