Push notifications have been temporarily disabled as they were causing issues with timeouts. We'll look at restoring them once the rest of our pending updates/upgrades have been completed over the coming days.
I noticed it too. You can barely see it's raining before it zooms in on the pitch before kick off and after that it looks like it's not raining at all.
I remember this was an issue back in 09 or 10, not sure.
