Hi!
I wonder if there is any sound editor for pes 2009? or is there any one to make one?
As you know konami is going worse every year about the sounds.Do you remember pes 4?Commentator was giving informations about the two teams.And he was saying the scorers name..and some nice things like that.But now there are a lot of mistakes in commentator.The biggest one is the latency on goal cue.Commentator is saying" goool" with 2 sec latency.
So i am making the turkish commentator works nearly 4 years.And as you guess i know everything about the commentator files.But there are no programs to make some good changes on this files.
I noticed that there are so many programs about;
Stads,uniforms,opt.file,faces,boots....it is going and going on like that...but why nobody is trying to make a usefull sound editor?
I don't know if there are any other pacth maker which makes commentator like me in the whole of the world.May be because of that no one wants to make this kind of program.
But please...if someone knows...and if someone can make one like that please contact with me...
