Pes 09 Online With A Router

Has anyone else got problems, a friend who on Pes 6 had a fast net connection, with Pes 09 he has a really slow connection, ports are opened etc, is there a fix?
 
I have a bt voyager 2091 router, have opened all ports for game, disabled firewall and still cant play online, i can log in but cant play,
need help
 
Have you tried opening UDP Port 5730, does anyone know how to do this on a belkin router from the router setup page?

heres read me notes from konami online checker , I disabled UPnP and opened UDP ports no. 1024 and 65535 and disabled firewall

If your results state that you will be unable to play "PRO EVOLUTION
SOCCER 2009", please see the possible solutions as listed below.

(1) PC settings

First, try the methods shown below should this apply. You may get
improved results.

* Disable your firewall temporarily when running the test.
* You may have multiple network settings. We would recommend you
disable all network settings apart from the one you are likely to use
in order to play the game.

(2) Router settings

Try the below router settings:

* If your router is UPnP compatible, please enable it. You may be
able to play this way.
* Disable UPnP and then manually open UDP port no. 5730. (You could do
this by using the port forward function on your router or assigning a
DMZ to the IP address you are using for this test by virtual hosting.)
* Or, you can open the ports listed below by using the same method as
above.

Ports used for online play:

Any one from a sequence of 10 UDP ports starting at no.5730 when
automatic setup is enabled.
A fixed UDP port between no. 1024 and 65535 when automatic setup is
disabled. (Default:5739)
