Pes 06 Original Season, Freezing on selection side

Hi Everyone,

I installed PES 06 Original Season and before starting the game I execute with admin privileges (D3DOverrider) and then I start the game but it freezes when I go to master league or exhibition selection side or options etc.

Has anyone happed this kind of thing?
