PC Patch should be released 'till the end of the week

Just got this e-mail response from Konami regarding the game crashes on high resolutions:

Dear customer,

Thank you very much for contacting the Konami customer support team.


We apologize for the inconvenience this problem has caused you.

We are aware that the problem exists, and are happy to report that a patch for
the PC version will be coming out approximately by the end of the week to
resolve this problem.

In the meantime, we can propose the following temporary solution:

Please lower the resolution of the game to 1280*720 or below, and there should
not be any problem while playing a mode.

Great news , and I can confirm the short term fix does work because
I set this resolution yesterday.I was going to post that I have just passed the dreaded UCL quarter final 2nd leg crash and got into semis.

Good that Konami took on board the message from customers quickly this time.

I applaud Konami for the patch, it did fix one of my crashes, however it does not fix the bug that master league save games sometimes get corrupt and you cannot load them, my advice, turn off auto save and make two copies every time you save the game.

nice to hear that they are listening to the problems (even though it shouldnt have been present in the first place, they got no QA?)

Btw not having a go or anything but it should read AT the end of the week, not 'till/until. I see a lot of euros using this, is it in your grammar in your particular language to use this expression?

R they also gona fix the speed ups and slow downs on different resolutions.
Im payin money for a game which isnt playable.. just like last year
arent they aware of this problem ? Cuz its not like im the only 1

heh guess you're right. I used "untill the end of the week" when i translated it to post on a brazilian forum 'cause i couldn't find an adequate translation for my language at the time and ended up using it here too

hehe its cool, just was curious, cause i seen dutch speakers, german speakers and polish speakers all use this word 'until' instead of 'at' in sentences so thought maybe it was something about the grammar they used in the language. Then again english is just.... weird
