FIFA 20 Career Realism Mod

Features / Changes
Match simulation, League table and Goal Scorers
  • Top teams will win the league
  • Top scorers and assisters are more realistic
Team Selection
  • AI will always select best First 11 and subs, rotating only for Friendlies
Finances
  • Substantially lowered the amount of transfer budget smaller teams have to be far more realistic
  • You receive far less additional funds for the next season
  • Increased Shirt Prices to be more realistic
  • Increased Shirt Prices for Popular players so that signing good players earns money back
  • Substantially Increased Ground Maintenance for ALL clubs
Board & Objectives
  • Board are much more likely to sack you if you fail a critical objective
  • You can save your job if you significantly overachieve a separate objective
Transfers
  • Loans are much more likely to occur - Lower league teams use it much more
  • Teams will only search for players within a small range of themselves (no more wolfsburg buying Neymar)
  • English players very rarely leave England
  • Player movement between countries is based upon real-world data of player nationalities in each league
  • Free Agents wont just play for any team, no more picking up gems from the Free Agent market
Player Search - GTN
  • Searching for players now reveals attributes much faster
Player Values
  • High Potential players are now much higher in value
Player Wages
  • Lower league players ask for less in wages
Youth
  • Players wont "retire" from your youth system until they are 21
  • Generated players will now be between 16-21
  • All youth players should have at least 1 trait
  • Generated centre forward players are much more likely to be larger slower players
  • Generated wingers are much more likely to be faster rather than mentally skillful
  • Scouts are much more likely to find players of the type you searched for
  • It is much more difficult to find gem (high potential) players
  • Attributes will unlock much faster
Player Growth
  • Match Rating contributes to growth much more
  • Players degrade much less (older players should keep their OVR for much longer)
  • Dynamic Potential is not used as much and not as high
Morale
  • Players react much more to their last match result
  • Players are harder to keep happy
Press Conferences
  • There is much more of a risk or reward scheme to all press conferences
Player Customization
  • Enabled full customization of players in Career Mode
  • Enabled full edit of created players in main menu
Teams
  • Piemonte Calcio kits are now correct - Thanks to Muzzley#6327
 
Gameplay Mod
Aims / Features
  • Less boring games
  • Remove Super Goalkeepers
  • More AI long passes
  • More AI direct dribbling
  • More AI shooting
  • More reliance on tactics
  • Player likeness - A larger emphasis on player attributes
  • A fast player can outrun a slow player
  • More AI tackling
  • More fouls
  • New ball control system

Installing
Copy the locale.ini to your FIFA 20/Data folder, overwriting the original

There aren't many gameplay mods.
Paul has one. Fidel also has one.

I don't use any gamepaly mods myself because none of them focuses on what I'd like them to focus.
So I just use the default gameplay with certain tweaks via in-game Sliders.

Hi. My latest gameplay mods have received great reviews. If you are willing to give them a try.
 
Hey Paul,

Great mod, thank your for the hard work! I'm waiting for the new version of Gameplay (Complete (Version 4)) and Carrer Mode (Hard (Version 1.7)). There's only one bad thing in your patch, the background... FIFA has a beautiful background (diffente of PES), why change?

I'm probably late (most likely) and I'm not Paul. But I can give you this: Click Me!
It has Paul's FIFA 20 GP Mod (alongside other FIFA/FC franchise mods). I don't know why his FIFA 20 Career Realism Mod is not listed there. But I archived it on my drive a few months ago. So I can give it to you as well (attached below). Have fun and enjoy! Thanks to @Paul-v for his mods (of course)! :)

Guys, I'm getting this error when trying to apply the V7 (last version) of the mod through FIFA Mod Manager (running as administrator).
@DevPlays do you know how to solve this bro? Want to try @Paul-v's gameplay mod..

That is not a FIFA 20 mod. "V Gameplay Mod - v7 Final" is for FC24. From where did you download that file? Check again carefully as I'm very sure you're not using FIFA 20 GP mod.

I downloaded from the attachment above. Anyway, I think it was some kind of mix-up on my part.
