First version of the Career Mod. Here are the changes so far:

Simulation

• Increased amount of goals all teams can score in simulated matches,
• Increased the randomness of match results,
• Increased the amount of subs used in simulated matches from 5% to 50%,
• Increased the chance of double subs used from 4% to 25%,
• Increased the chance of subs used at half time from 2% to 25%,

Manager squad selection

• Increase the variety of players selected for bench positions,

Finance

• Reduced starting money for all teams, EA's system isn't great but I've done my best to match real world values based in England,

Transfers

• Significantly increased transfer activity (inside and outside of transfer window),
• Significantly increased number of loans to lower clubs,
• Spanish team players all have release clauses,

Graphics

• Inter and AC Milan crests added,

Do we need to start a new career mode save for the changes to apply correctly?

The finance changes require a new season to start. That doesn't mean you need to start a new save, they will take affect once your current season ends. Everything else takes affect immediately.

Paul, is there a way to block all the transfers market? Not only mine as we have in game.
I like to play just one season with and against the actual teams but with others aspects of career like stamina drops, unexpected events and Cups. That's why tournament mode is not the answer.
