Patch 1.20 but dont want it.

Hey guys. I have a bit of a problem. I have update 1.20 but i want to get rid of it. How do i uninstall it?

I think that the only way to do it safely is to reinstall the game and avoid updating.. But well, maybe you can make it work by just replacing the *.exe file with the one taken from the DVD and by deleting the option file.. I don't know if it works anyway..
