PC patch 1.01 online update

hi i need help i download pes 2011 for pc but i wnt to play on-line matches but i think i need to apply this patch 1.01 from konami but when i try to it says msi file missing can anyone help thank you in advance

Is there a way to but it digitally? I did that with Starcraft 2, I didnt see the game on my country yet (argentina) and I want to play online.

I bought the the download version (from Konami's own UK store) and the patch doesn't work for me either. It gives me this error message:

I suspect that they haven't released a patch compatible with the online versions yet.

Digital download version is already patch m8 (well mine is anyway), right click pes2011.exe /properties/details, 1.1.0.0 = Patched, 1.0.0.0 = UnPatched.You can also see when you start the game, see below .
