Option File Not Save!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi sorry my english, following a very strange happened to me ...
Everything was working correctly with my option file dai today went into the PES now everything that I did not save it more but the files are all there in the folder My Documents \ KONAMI \ Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 \ save-now every time I get to I play everything except not saved, the players who edited with picture returned to normal, give master in the league they are black, very crazy!
Have tried to go it in preference of systems to the scheme to import but also not work! Incredible! ! ! !

My problem is when delete file "PES2008_OPTION01" in the folder KONAMI \ Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 \ save, I get to choose the difficult game but when I come back in the game is the same thing! This not doing the load of my edits / history .... = /
