Option File for the original 20/21 season

I'm new here and I'm having a hard time finding an option file for the 20/21 season in pes 21, just wanted to play a master league with the original teams of when the game came out, could anyone link me a thread or a link to such an option file?

I was looking myself, have you got the steam version of the game? i have been creating my own patch, latest kit server, plus faces, scoreboards etc etc
