Option File Creation/ Questions PS4 PES 2021

I have been slowly editing my 2021 PES roster through my ps4 to both get the transfers that have happened but also editing the stats so that my Master League games reflect the best young players that have come and the decline of older players or players that have had regressions. I have been tediously going into every player on the roster and editing their ages and abilities one at a time and I wanted to know how people were creating players when they are uploading option files. Cause I'm imagining that people are using an app no? Also if anyone can help me figure out the best way to merge different option files in order to get the most recent kits and stuff that also matches up with the leagues I currently have?
