Option file corrupted

Hi.
I have serious problems with option files...
I am not able to use ANY other option files but the original :(
I have superpatch3.0 installed but the option file is "corrupted".
In game options -> data control -> enter file name says "corrupt data".

I've also tried watson's option file etc...

Any suggestions how to fix this problem??
 
Reinstall maybe? and redownload superpatch 3.0 again?
