Option File Auto Saving / Auto Loading

I installed PES in English, but everytime I start the game, all the menus appear in Portuguese. I tried to change the menu language to English and save the data, but when I start the game again, the menus still show up in Portuguese.

I installed PPJoy as I remembered that in PES 6 it solved the problem, and followed all the steps, but this time it just doesn't anything.

Anybody knows how can I solve this issue?
