I try to register online and everytime it comes up with an error message, it has my CD key and asks for a password.. [i guess this is one i make now and then use for later] and i press enter and then the error comes up and i just have to go back to the main menu, and YES i am connected to the internet whilst i do it.. could it be firewall?

The error says: An error occurred during verification
