I bought the new version of WE, WE2007, so that I could play online again. I have two problems.

First is, everyone I'm finding online only has one black bar for connection. This seems wrong, everyone can't possibly have this bad of a connection? When I play people, it's fine the first half, then laggy the second half. I remember having this problem with WE9, and my friend said that it switches who serves the game each half, is this correct? Perhaps the poor connecting people I play are hosting this second half?

Also, what is the port to manually open for WE2007? I let Windows "unblock" the program, but I thought manually opening the port might help...
