Online chat problem!

My in-game chat for online quit working today. Not sure if it's related to the regular maintenance last night but I see people can chat just fine. Or at least some of them, I don't know.

Any ideas?

There is a way to turn it off somewhere, maybe its switched off for some reason.

You mean in the quick match settings? I checked it and it's on.
