I was wondering if anyone of here still has the necessary files for this patch in question http://www.evo-web.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=60485. Someone reposted the main block of the patch (see last page), but option file is not there and it's useless without it. Old links obviously don't work. Would be very thankful if someone uploaded it again.
