nvgames.dll - problem with NVIDIA Control Panel Application close

Suddenly I can't use NVIDIA 3d settings because of error: problem with NVIDIA Control Panel Application and application must be closed.

In signature is written:
AppName: nvcplui.exe
AppVer: 4.8.714.0
ModName: nvgames.dll
ModVer: 6.14.13.623
Offset: 001821d9

I reinstalled drivers and the same situation.
What could be the problem ?
