No Crowd?

If you don't mind me asking what is moddingway patch 0.97 and what dose it do for your FIFA13...:CONFUSE:
 
Still no fix and I've uninstalled everything and started again. There were a few files remaining after i uninstalled so maybe they are the problem just not sure.

Does anyone know what file that affects the crowd graphics if so can someone upload the file in question please.
