New Created Stadiums?

In the other versions of Pes, there were always a lot of stadiums created by ForzaRoma.

Where is the guy? I need soms new stadiums

With Pes 07,08,09 we didnt wait that long for created stadiums, did we?

because stadium studio not released yet so impossible to make new stadium

Because the tool to put them into the game has not been made.
