network password issue

ok, so I am playing online happily last night, but today it says my password is incorrect, even though I know it's not. I go to reset my password but it says my old password that I need is incorrect.

How can I reset or get a new password, or find out my old password?

There is no online tool for this? Can I really now not play online?

Please help!!

You might having the same problem that did my head for ages. Try typing it in (don't use the on screen letter set) and all in CAPS!

Should be OK!
