The "Gunner" one is so over used. I remember when they went unbeaten, the tabloids were calling them "Gunbeatable" and "Gunstoppable".
And then theres the example you gave with "Cole's Gunner go" or "Henry's Gunner stay".

Any england v spain wheather it be club or country it is always

"against the armada or there will be an inquisition"

so to the germans

"efficent"

The "Ruud"thing is up there as well...
How can we forget that one? Its so friggin annoying or as they would say, so Ruud.

Everytime and argentinian team, or our NT loses, the press from the winning conuntries put the same headline over and over again "no llores por mi argentina"/"no llores por mi boca juniors", etc

no llores por mí = don't cry for me
