PC ML won't proceed to next season

Hey there,

I have started a ML savegame and just finished the second season. But when I want to proceed to the next season, there is just the little green circle and nothing happens. Proceeding to the second season worked fine.

I've already tried to run PES as an admin and in compatibility mode, without success.

I'd be happy about any ideas or suggestions to this annoying problem. Thank you.
