Hi, I just got WE10 and i was wondering how the "Negotiations" work in the MasterLeague. I was also wondering what they mean by "Loan Transfers" and "Transfers". I was also wondering how you can train or improve the team you have. Do they improve automatically when you play games? Please reply, and thanks in advance. :)
