.max > PSP Format Help

Can any one please convert a PS2 .max OF to a PSP format for me please? I don't mean to disturb anybody, but if anyone can help, it would be great. It would be really helpful if somebody could do this for me.

Is this at all possible (without manual transformation)? And what about US vs EU version woes?
