i cant figure out sumet say im in the top diversion and i want other teams who r good in another diversion but want them to get promoted to my league wat diversion would u put them in hope sum 1 can help :)
 
i think you need to buy the option to choose any teams from the PES shop.
After you have this, you can put any teams in the four 1st divisions and the second division by going to EDIT at the top of the division select screen.
