hey guys i am in 2012-2013 with Ac Milan and i won many titles,but i always have some bad players in list of targets,and none of decent or good want to come in my club?and i cant change my staff?why is that?

You need to wait after the season has finished. They enable that option just before the season starts

By the way, does anyone know if you still get gp+ points if you do "view score" instead of actually playing the game? thanks.

Anyone know how to assign the right squad number on an unhappy player? Or is there a list of the "best squad numbers" for all ML?
