Manual Directions Broken??

Is the manual passing broken in this game or what??

I try to pass diagonally down, but it will either just go straight down or right (depending on where my players are.) Isnt manual pass meant to go excatly the same direction as you press the analog stick???

I originally had Playstation 2 controllers connected to a hub which connected to my PC, so I thought this might be the problem, so I bought two XBOX 360 controllers which are OFFICIALLY supported but I get the same thing. WTF is going on???

I find this effects shooting aswell as you are limited to 3 directions (straight on, diagonally up or diagonally down.) Also running is limited to 8 axis, which is lame.

Is there some kind of fix, its driving me mad not having complete control..

Yeah direction aiming is terrible in this game for me too

Yup. And the diagonal shooting is really fucked up - it goes way too wide from close range if you're slightly on the left or right of the goalkeeper. It's pretty much impossible to shoot in the far corner.

With XBOX 360 controllers remember to change the controller type in the settings program (specific for 360 controllers).
