It's not fake, what it is is when the player sometimes bends down really low to head it backward, they simply get the exact moment on the replay and make the screenshot.

He simply did the move, then paused the game, went to replay, and scrolled through to the part of the replay he wanted, and took the screenshot.

But... its been falsified using a replay, you cant actually get the player to do this as a real trick e.g. keeping the ball there for a few seconds and then flicking their neck to bring the ball back to their feet... So yep its fake in a way.
