Looking for WE7i Japan/WE7/Pes 3 Ps2 Option Files

I'm looking for a WE7i Japan PS2 OF with player names translated to English.
If you have WE7i USA/ WE7/ PES 3 Ps2 please post here too. I think i can use this file to have most player names in we7ij to English.
