Looking for editor to create players

few questions..
with what editor i can create players?
all the 5 sections in my game are full, i dont have anymore space to create players.
with "edit player" i can't change the nationality.

how do i change the icons color in the radar?
and if someone know, how i can change the teams that automatcily start in the Champions leage.

I think this program can edit lot of things, not sure about teams for CL and 3d map colors though.
