guys, my live connection has gone from perfect to absolutely shocking ie unplayable, over night, with no settings changes on router or 360.......
any ideas how to sort it?

Most likey be your ISP, failing that check the usual, Virii, Spyware/Trohans etc that might be using your connection.
 
cheers for replying mate. is there anyway of checking the load on a connection....?ie where its being used etc?
