Kitserver problems help :<

Hi, i've just reformated my pc and just put back pes6 and kitserver has suddenly started creating a very strange problem. People are running very strangely, with both their legs constantly in front of them in the air, looks quite funny really! but quite annoying! Im using the newest version and only using stadiums and kits, ive tried taking these out as well and just running kitserver with nothing on it and i get the same problem. It was running fine before although it may of been an older version, any else experienced any troubles? any help?
