I don't know where we can find this kits, but "The Wolf 2005 Evolution Patch" already has all kits from 2004-05 season.

Someone uploaded to Gamefront all the original 2004/05 kits made by Spark, and though now Gamefront has closed I still have them on my PC. IF you want I can reupload them.
