I'm getting sick of pes6...
is there a superpatch/evopatch for winning eleven 9?

I am not sure, but I play WE9:LE (also cannot stand PES6), and I play with a WC patch and translation patch. The Translation patch can be found here:

And the World Cup patch you will have to find for yourself, sorry.
ANd if you are referring to the english WE9, then I suppose the patch should work aswell, since PES games tends to be identical in most aspects as far as I know, so the patch should work on both.
