Is AC Milan a better team with Beckham?

I wouldn't say that yet considering Milan get this crushing teams every while and then turn into normal. But Beckham adapted in very well I would say so fast and made FK's our most dangerous area...

True...AC Milan have so many dangerous FK takers lined up now but you have to admire Becks. He has played in all major domestic leagues now, he has also played with many great players i.e. Giggs, Scholes, Ruud, Zidane, Raul, Figo, Ronaldo, Carlos and now Maldini, Pirlo, Inzaghi, Ronaldhino and Kaka everytime he goes into a team he performs and prove to people that he's not there to sell shirts.

I think alot more english players should take a leaf out of Beck's book and play abroad (ok maybe not to the US). Sure, they say the Premiere League is the best league in the world but i bet Beckham has learnt alot from not just playing with the best players in the world but abroad also.

I hope he stays with AC and help them win the league then he would have won a domestic league trophy in all 3 of the best footballing leagues.

Beckham is a great player but I still think he could have been much more than he is, Good player but as a United fan I wouldnt put him in the Legend bracket.

For England yes but for United no, His last season was a awful sight to see, He couldnt wait to leave and Fergie couldnt wait to let him. Ruud is higher on my list.

Nah Beckham came through our ranks and gave us years of quality, didnt cost us a penny, it was an unfortunate ending but that shouldn't smear your view of what he did while he was a red.

He probably only played bad during his last season at Utd because his relationship with Fergie broke down. He definitely would have been even better had he not gone to the MLS. A legend? I'll say...he is!

David Beckham is born and bred United player through and through. The way he literally crawled up the ranks should be a benchmark. He is definitely a United Legend in my books. When he eventually retires, not many will English players can top his CV.

SPORT: Match of The Day Live
On: BBC 3 (115)
Date: Sunday 15th February 2009 (starting in 8 days)
Time: 19:00 to 21:20 (2 hours and 20 minutes long)

Inter Milan v AC Milan.
Live coverage of the Serie A derby between Inter and AC Milan at the San Siro.
(Stereo, Widescreen, Live, Subtitles)

I haven't seen a game from Seria A all season :BRICK:, I hope this game gets enough viewers (they had better advertise it!) and they start showing more games.

Dunno, maybe Motson & Lawrenson at a long shot although I don't think Motson wants to work abroad now... on MOTD now the main ones are Steve Wilson and Jonathan Pearce I think. Dunno, cant really remember who did the Euro's for them.

I miss Italian football, I watched it quite often last season on Five, When I was younger it was the main league I watched with Gazzeta football (obviously apart from United). I'll be watching it, The big games in Serie A are more often entertaining then the Prem.

I thought the channel5 coverage was quite good last year. I liked the guy hosting it and the guests they had on.... I just hated how it was all in 4:3 though.

It would be even better if they collaborated with Sky Italia and gave it us on BBC HD.

That would be awesome but at least the game will be in 16:9.

They should get Gabrielle Marcotti for some analysis.

wtf does MLS have to do with it, when he went to MLS he wasnt going to get any better, he was just at his peak, mls didnt make him worse nor better. He certainly didnt really do much for the quality of play in MLS either. Becks is best when he is surrounded by better players then him, see Madrid, and now Milan. Italy is perfect for him anyways, he shoudl have gone to Milan instead of madrid(he was pretty awesome in madrids title run, i have to admit) but overall the serie a seems to suit his game.

I think it is. Beckham become a leader of rossoneri :))
It seems, like he return to his youth :))
