Is 2024 actually a complete game?

I don't know why I can't seem to find this answer anywhere. Is efootball 2024 finally a game that has a fully functioning League Mode? So that you can play a whole season? Or make yourself a Champions League tournament?

Ok, thanks. I saw a mod for the Euros and thought maybe someone had figured out how to make a season mode mod.
