installing pes 6 twice

hi can anyone help me i wanna have two patches running for pes6 on the same pc any ideas ??

hey i cant make a new thread i have just installed pes6 on vist basic but when i run the game a blank window comes up and then starts kind of flashing any ideas how to fix this please help....
