inserting chants to xbox 360

hey guys - can anyone give a definitive answer on exactly how to insert chants into xbox 360 version??
ive tried all sorts and still game wont recognise my chants. do I have to burn to a cd or can i just insert usb?

I can put my chants in the game. Follow this steps:

-Create a Folder "WEPES2014" in a pendrive with PC format
-Insert the pendrive in the PC
-Copy all yours chants in this folder
-Insert the pendrive in the XBOX and run the game
-Go to Edit, Teams, chants or support (I dont know how is show in the game, because I have the spanish version)
-The game reads the files in the folder, and you have to select the chants you want.

The chants I can insert are .MP3

Still can't get it working - the chants I have are mp3 only difference is I'm using a mac not a PC - perhaps the problem is my USB drive?
Should I not use one that is formatted for xbox?
 
Does it copy the chant MP3s to the internal storage or do you have to keep the USB drive in at all times?
