I need specialist/moder help in editing game files FIFA 16

I wonder if it is possible to access the game files containing the lines responsible for firing the manager in career mode or editing the manager's current goals in the season? If so, please help me where to find these files, how to edit them and what lines are responsible for them. While searching the internet I found No Manager Sacked mod but only for FIFA 23...
 
I ain't no specialist. But as far as I know, if you edit board.ini file, you can disable the manager sacking. To edit it, you have to use CG File Explorer 16 or some other software which reads the game files. Find some tutorials or something to download and install. Download link of CGFE 16: Click Me!

Thanks for help!! I found board.ini in cgfe 16. I edit manager sacked enabled line from 1 to 0, i save file but an error pops up "path cannot be found" i can click continue button but when i again choose board.ini file in cgfe 16 it still is "manager sacked enabled 1". I try to change value to 0 and export , replace file and regenerate. I try to change value in notepad, save and regenerate but it still doesnt work.In board.ini i have manager sacked enabled 0 and "chance to not to be sacked" from 10 to 100 but when i load my career mode save ( all matches played) i still stays sacked. What am I doing wrong??

If you've already been sacked, you cannot undo it.

Google translated it wrong:p I have save after all matches played but a month to the end of the season. A week before the end of the month, I receive information about the management meeting, and on the last day of the month I receive an e-mail that I have been fired. I dont know that changes in board.ini dont work or maybe its necessary start a new career?

Yes i could start new career and test but I really want to continue my current career. Thats the point. But disabling the manager sacked function may be useful in future careers, so I will have to test it again in new career and look for a solution if there is one

If I remember correctly, it also works in current/already started saves. Personally, I haven't tested it in any of my saves. I don't know why this is happening to you. Are you sure your modified board.ini is in "%YourGameFolder%\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data"? This is the correct path to put it in, then re-generate it with CGFE 16 or other software.

Im sure that im edit correct board.ini file from correct path. But im wondering, im using FIP 16 patch, maybe game read board values from other files from the patch?

Just make sure you have the file in the path I said in my previous post. No idea what the mistake is if everything is placed correctly...

EDIT: I'm attaching a modified board.ini below, just changed SACKING_ENABLED line, try it. Extract the package, then copy dlc folder to your game folder, then re-generate it and see if it works or not. If it doesn't work, I don't know what is wrong mate. šŸ˜

I really appreciate your help, I am very grateful. I apply your modified board.ini but it doesnt work. I dont have idea why . Maybe its necessary to start new career or something , I will check various possibilities . Thanks for help!

@dontellmama i regenerete files. I try regenerete with CG File Explorer and also Creation Master 16. Didnt work. In my career save where i have all matches played and a month to the end of the season every time I get sacked at the end of the month
