i need a bit of help...

i've been having this problem and i can't think of anywhere better to post my problem than on this forum, please read on and try to help me.

i just cannot seem to save the players I edit with scaned face. for example, i edited 4 liverpool players with my own pictures and it's ok, i can go nd play but as soon as i leave the game, the next time i open it again, the edited players are all black, no face and i have to edit them again.

what am i doing wrong? how do i save them so that i don't have to edit them again ?

You need a controller (gamepad etc) or install 1.2 patch (if you haven't) and hope for the best.

i tried to install the patch but i get that "1628: Failed to complete instalation" error...what do i do ? pls help...

i have searched for it...don't you think that's the first thing i've done ? but no luck...did not find anything to aid me...if it's so simple why can't anyone give me a little help ?
