I cant get PES 2016 or 17 to work on Win11 help please

Can anyone help me please I keep getting error 0xc0000142 when trying to run the pes 2016 or 17 games for PC. I have win11 and I know it works on win10 but I want to play it on a gaming handheld pc that has the specs to run it. I have spent so much time researching this error and trying fixes but am having no luck. Even removing some DLL files that are tied to the TrustedInstaller windows account it will not allow me and I am scared to inherit the permissions to change it and remove it incase that breaks my OS.

never mind I just found it, I searched google for 3dm pes 2016 fix and it contained some files and dll and I copied them and both games now launch. maybe might be useful for others out there looking for this fix.

now I just need to find how to get option files and patch updates for player ratings. Had it up to date on my ps4 console but I want this on pc now so bad
