How to edit mini Kits to be defaulet?

I want to edit lots of mini kits as a default choice(not by editing inside game) like changing green morocos minikit to yellow togos minikit

What is the tool ?

Where are mini Kits Files?

All of the minikits are in your x_text (for x that could be an e, i, s, g, f depending on the language you run the game in) but I suppose in the x_text there are only the minikits for the licensed teams.. all the ones that are unlicensed should be edited with in-game editor

PS: should this thread be moved to editing section?
