How to delete online files?

Hi all, I am trying to delete my online file or create a new one but it keeps saying "user created data will be deleted after a certain amount of time". What does this mean? if previous versions you could create several different online user names.

You can create only one account on one registration key. If You delete it You won't be able to create another one.
 
So you cant change your online name either? and I have to stick with my current record of wins and losses?
 
I think that's the way it goes. I've read about it at ISS online forum.

I have an owful record in online because for the first two weeks i had this problem with no response in the online mode, but i don't give a f... about these rankings - i play for fun :)

You can change your name , just when you connected to online and see your profile (before to choose server/lobby) you can delete your name and recreate a new one , but if you delete konami/game id impossible to connect to online with new one and same key ...

you can change your name but not your losses and wins
