How to add skill to a player in PES6?

Hello!
I often play pes 6. I have noticed that some players are able to make such a turn. And it does not depend on the level of skills.
Tell us how to add such a turn to any player?

 
It depends on the player ID. Unfortunately it can't be transfered to another player.
 
This may help, the special skill stars are only useful when the ability stats of the same type are fully developed, so several ML seasons will get most players up to a very high level.
