How do you install the Konami 1.20 patch?

Just got the game today, I waited so long because I was still very much enjoying PES6. I have downloaded the patch and have the ZIP file, but don't know how/where to install it. Any help much appreciated

Insert you PES2008 DVD on the drive, and then just run the installer... everything should be installed then.

Thanks, but surely I have to unzip the patch into the already installed game files?

My apologies, I have unzipped the file(s) now and I see you just run the installer
