How Do You Install PES6 faces?

Hey, I have downloaded some faces (Man U ones, Rooney, Carrick and Evra)
For example

How do I install these files, the .bin files and whatnot.

If they are .bin's the likelyhood is that you need to use Kitserver. Have you heard of that?

Yes, they are in .bin format.
