How do you find "Negotiate Contract" players?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how to get a list of all players out of contract/"Negotiate Contract" players on Master League.

I only seem to find them by luck, I haven't figured out how to find them via the Advanced search.

in negotiations, go to search by group. then go to others or un-affiliated. all the players out of contracts should be in there.
